change eyes colour

Step 1:
Open the photo that you want to edit in photoshop.
We first need to select the eyes. For that we need to use the Eleptical Marquee Tool

I prefer zooming and then making the section. You can zoom by selecting the Zoom Tool (Z) .


Step 2:
Now
let's add colour to the eyes. Well you must be thinking of using the
paint bucket by now. But we will not use that because it will flood
fill the selection but we will just change it by using the
hue/saturation feature.
Image>Adjust>Hue/Saturation
select the setting as shown below


here I have made the eyes look blue.

Complete the other eye too
